Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    Email us with your order details. We will provide a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed once the item is received.

  • Are commissions refundable?

    Custom commissions are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. We work with you on approval sketches to ensure satisfaction before the final piece.

Care

  • How should I care for my print?

    Keep prints away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Frame under UV-resistant glass when possible. Avoid touching the printed surface.

  • What paper are prints on?

    We use archival, acid-free papers (e.g. cotton rag or premium matte) for giclée prints to ensure longevity.

  • Can I frame the print myself?

    Yes. Standard sizes are chosen to fit common frames. We also offer framing options at checkout.

Licensing

  • Can I use the art for commercial purposes?

    Prints are for personal use unless a license is purchased. For commercial or editorial licensing, please contact us.

  • Do you offer reproduction rights?

    Reproduction and licensing are handled case by case. Contact us with your project details.

Orders

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major credit cards and PayPal. For commissions, a deposit is required; balance is due before shipping.

  • When will I get a tracking number?

    Tracking is sent by email once your order ships, usually within 3–5 business days.

  • Can I order a custom size?

    Custom sizes may be available for select images. Contact us with your dimensions and we will confirm availability and pricing.

Commissions

  • How long does a commission take?

    Typical timeline is 4–8 weeks from deposit to completion, depending on size and queue. We will give you an estimate when you inquire.

  • Do you work from photos?

    Yes. We can work from your reference photos (e.g. your home, a favorite view) combined with our coastal style.

  • What is the deposit for a commission?

    A 50% deposit is required to begin. The balance is due before shipping or pickup.

  • Do you ship commissioned originals?

    Yes. Commissioned originals are packed and shipped with care. Insurance and tracking are included.
